Allume was an Elite Four member in the Tentin region's Pokémon League who specializes in Fire-type Pokémon.
In Return to Tentin, Allume is no longer a member of the Tentin Elite Four, and his position was taken by Nema.
In Pokémon: Tentin Redux[]

Allume is the older brother of Prime. Prime and Allume are assumed to have been close to each other before the events of Tentin Redux, but possibly have strayed further away, which explains their separation during the earlier events of the game.
Allume stated that he would dedicate more of his time for tracking down the Pokémon Poachers' boss for killing Prime.
